This past Wednesday, we had a wonderful trip to the Mackenzie Center. According to the experts, the weather was perfect for maple-syrup making, which we saw first-hand as the sap flowed from the trees! We started the day off with a nature scavenger hunt. After lunch, we enjoyed different stations where we learned about the process of making maple syrup.
